Epoxy can scratch from everyday use, while many people aren't bothered by micro-scratches; if you're concerned about this, we highly recommend our Urethane Top Coat. This topcoat is much harder than epoxy, and when blended with our optional Grit Additive, it makes countertops and floors almost impossible to scratch.

Note: The Grit Additive has a slight texture to the touch but is highly recommended, especially in commercial settings.
