We typically only see this during winter and with water-based components such as the Primers and Urethane Topcoat.
If your product has frozen, it may not be useable. Products can sometimes freeze in transit or if stored improperly. If the product is thicker than usual, solidified, or inconsistent (chunky), it very well could have frozen.
